Just 2 weeks before I fly out to Taiwan to start my fist TEFL Job...
To begin with I was excited but as the time draws closer I am becoming more terrified that it is all going to go wrong. Still the commitment has been made and I keep reasurring myself, rather emptly, that it will be fine.

I'm sure you'll have a wicked time! I'm off to China at the end of May and can't wait! Like Honor said, whats the worst that can happen??
Take care and keep us up to date with how you get on! :)
Congratulations on securing a job and taking the leap. I know the feeling you describe as it draws closer; I've gone through that before. Interestingly, I'm going through some of those feelings again as I prepare to relocate my wife and children to Taiwan after being in North America for several years.
I also know I have no regrets of following through on my adventures. Your reassurance that it will be fine is right on. Things will be fine; they'll be great.
Hey,
Thanks for the add! Best of luck in Taiwan - it's natural to feel really nervous but you'll be absolutely fine - the worst that can happen is that you have to fly home after a few months - not the biggest disaster in the world, but I expect once you get there you'll love it!
Make sure you keep us all updated with how you get on!
