as long as the degree is a ba or quiv it can be in anything - mine was in film and tv produciton

for the uk its usually a 3 year degree and for america its usually a 4 year degree... as far as i know it can be a 1st, 2.1, 2.2 or a 3rd for the degree as well.

the degree is just to prove for the visa purpose that you have been in education for at least 11 years (or something like that)

Teaching experience, a degree relating to english or teaching, working with children is all to do with the job or company (although some people get the job with little to no experience)

hi... to answer your questions - the degree can be in any discipline from a 3-4 year degree program that is a BA or equiv (such as one in science) or of course higher.

For all jobs you legally need a degree - theoretically you can go over on a tourist visa and teach private classes, but these should be one-on-one and generally the earnings must be very low, because if you are found out you will be in a lot of trouble.

Other ways are to have a spouse visa which is gained by usually marrying a japanese person or someone who has a citizenship

basically, without the degree it is difficult to get a teaching job and you could end up working illegally

Hello there!

Welcome to Chalkboard…How are you doing? Loving the Mickey topiary!
Is there anywhere in particular you're looking to teach?

Let me know if there's anything I can help with.
