About Me

I have been teaching in the Czech Republic since Aug '11 and it has been a great experience for me. I work in a school three days a week teaching mostly 17-19 year olds and the other two days I teach one on one lessons to adults in a company. I am situated in the South Bohemian region and am about 120 kms(75 miles) away from Prague. The bus to Prague takes under 2 hours which is good. The weather here when I arrived in August was very warm, which was a nice surprise, and now in Feb it's snowing quite a bit with temperatures not rising above -9ºc. It has been a very mild winter up to now though!
