About Me

I'm Katie, 21 years old from Leicestershire! I've just finished a degree in Theatre Studies at Lancaster. Aside from theatre my other biggest passion is travelling and I love working with children as its the perfect opportunity to be a bit silly. Last summer I worked with ACLE as an English tutor at summer camps throughout Italy and found the experience really fun and rewarding (and pretty stressful) so would love to get a full TEFL qualification and travel the world a bit while teaching English. I visited Brazil three years ago and really loved the spirit of the culture there (and the gorgeous weather!) and so I would love to teach English in South America and discover much more of what the continent has to offer, but I'm also up for teaching kids all over the world!

Any tips on the ACLE appllication? I might give them a go when I get back from China next year.
