Hi!
You're a Psych Graduate too - don't you wish someone had said to you at the start of your Degree "By the way, you'll not actually be qualified for a job at the end of this 4 years!"?!?! :)
I've got my PGDE to do in Glasgow til July; i'm looking to head to South Korea after that I think.....although i've just been offered the chance to volunteer at a Primary School in Jinja in Uganda for a few weeks at the start of the Summer 2012 so i'm in 2 minds now!
One of my friends is out in South Korea just now and he LOVES it. He pretty much said that if he can get a job out there, anyone can!! So far he's mentioned nothing negative at all; it's like he's giving me a hard sell to head out to South Korea once i've finished my teacher training! When are you hoping to head out East?
Last day and I'm finding I have to do everything but this last lesson plan - typical!
hey hope your ploughing through the tefl :) once i got into it i flew through it so you'll do fine, are you from limerick ? I did me BA in UL and my MA in MaryI, and knowing limerick you prob know a million people I know and vice versa, its that small :) best of luck finishing the course :)
Ok, getting my stuff together for visa and looking for jobs, so near and yet so far. Still ploughing through the course - I will survive lol Just have the specialist modules to do.
