Hi All, my name's Juliet, I long to take online TEFL in 2011 because that's when I'd graduate, B.Ed. I am currently a student of Obafemi Awolowo Univeristy, located at Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, West Africa. I am in the third year of my first degree, Faculty of Education, my discipline is English Language. I love Teaching, Reading, Travelling and making friends. My friends says I am easy going, honest, good looking, straight-forward, friendly and God fearing. That's a little intro about me. Thanks for reading.

Welcome to the world of TEFL. It is a truly rewarding experience. When you notice the change in your students you feel a sense of achievement.
It is good that your B.A. is in education. It should prepare you well. The i-to-i course will provide a good platform for you. It certainly helped me get through the Cambridge CELTA. The videos they have are a great example of how to manage a classroom and present grammar in an interesting way. Teaching EFL/ESL is very different to mainstream education. The communicative approach is still favourable.

I'm new to this too. When are you looking to teach, and where? I currently have a friend teaching in Barcelona and one in South Korea. After hearing their experiences i knew i wanted to do the same thing. I'm looking to teach in China in 2011. It was a choice between Africa or China, i opted for China as it will enable me to visit friends from my gap year in Australia. I also have a friend who will be teaching in China, and i'm looking forward to sampling the Chinese culture.
