travel health insurance and meds

I am concerned about travel health insurance while abroad (mainly emergency evacuation) and also whether I will be able to get my prescription medications filled.

Does anyone know anything about this or have any advice?

I am moving from the US to Yidu City, Hubei Province, China, end of August.
