travel health insurance and meds

I am concerned about travel health insurance while abroad (mainly emergency evacuation) and also whether I will be able to get my prescription medications filled. Does anyone know anything about this or have any advice? I am moving from the US to Yidu City, Hubei Province, China, end of August. I appreciate any input you may have!

I also got an offer to teach for next school year at Yidu Foreign Language School. They asked me if I wanted to, email a girl named Rachel (I won't give her last name for privacy), to see what it was like working there. It was also through international advantage. What did the person you skyped with have to say? I guess I'm just wondering how to prove this is a "legitimate" deal! Can you let me know? Thank you!! :)
