Just started my course and already so excited about going to teach!! Can anyone tell me when is a good time to go to Taiwan? Before the Summer Holiday or when the next semester starts? I would like some info on Taiwan and any advice you may have? Any Do's and Don'ts and schools or agencies to contact or avoid?????

Good luck with the course, Most places will be recruiting now for the February semester, and the adverts I have seen for Taiwan all want a degree, if you have one great but if not maybe look at China, but here too there starting to ask for more qualifications. Regarding agent or direct, the agent cuts out all the leg work but they won't necessarily find you the best terms and conditions (contract). I'm sure if you browse on here you will find most if not all the answers to your questions
