So after sending out my newly-revamped CV to a number of language schools in Italy and Spain, I've just been invited to have my first ever interview by phone with the Director of Studies of a school based in Naples!
Due to the time difference between Italy and Australia, it was a little tricky organising a mutually-agreeable time, but 7pm tomorrow night has been settled on and I'm now in the throes of prepping as much as possible.
Not sure what to expect and I hope that I'll be able to answer the questions truthfully, instinctively and enthusiastically! But what kinds of questions do they usually ask? What kinds of questions should I be asking? How should I prepare? Are there any advantages/disadvantages of doing the interview by phone instead of face to face?
All advice and steers gratefully received!
