This is embarrassing.
But yes, I failed one part of my main tefl course.
This means I can not continue working, and I have no idea how to resolve this?
I can not seem to be able to email the helpdesk at all?
Does this mean my chances at getting my TEFL certificate is ruined?
How do I go about fixing this?
Who do I contact? Is there a fee a I have to pay?
Or should I just give up on TEFL?
Any help would be appreciated.

When someone finally contacted me, the problem was resolved quickly.

I emailed the helpdesk two weeks ago about a tutor not giving me sufficient feedback and I have yet to get a response... All I got from the tutor was 'you misunderstood'....I fail to see how that will help me!

I wish I knew. I was very sure I corrected the work as suggested by the tutor feedback.
But it seems I did something wrong.
I would just like to know, because if I can get this fixed, then I have to start making other plans.
I really hope I do not have to though.
