Chinese esl teacher recruiting company is seeking for English speaker

This  is Helen from VIP China program.
We are an agent in China, representing China's public schools  to recruite oral English teacher from abroad. We have been doing this program for more than four years, cooperating with more than 200 schools all over China, most of which are public middle high schools.

Normally, our teacher have leared some TEFL course, while, pls don't worry about this if you don't have any  experience on teaching, you can get experiece quickly in our school. The students here  have already learned english for a couple of years, so they have the basic english grammar knowledge, but their problem is dare not to speak out, so all you need to do is to encourage them to speak out in English as many as possible in class and show them how a English speaker speaks English so that give them some idea the way how oral English is spoken. It is a very easy job for  English speakers like you, right?

Actually, teaching Oral English in our partner school is very easy and enjoyable, and will allow you to be immersed in a Chinese community, providing a unique opportunity to explore this great country. if you have ever taught in China, I think you would feel the same way. You will not have disciplinary or grading responsibilities when you teach in our partner school, our school will provide you with textbook,you can just simply follow the textbook, do not have to develope your own curriculum. The class size is about 40-50 students in each class, maybe it is too big by western standard, but the students are quite easy to get along with much more than Western students, so it's not a big question as our experience..
