Teaching large classes

Hi everyone. Really need help please!! I'm stuck in question 7 of teaching large classes.Don't understand what the teacher is saying. I think my answer is correct. Can anyone check please. This is my answer and the question: Prepare a plan for a 45-minute lesson on vocabulary of character traits. You have a class of 60 students of different levels. Think how you will generate and sustain student interest, how you will group the students and how you will cater for different learner levels....

Applying for jobs in Indonesia?

Hello everyone who is currently teaching in Indonesia or looking to teach there! just wondering who you applied through? And how long it takes the employer to get back to you? I finished my course last week and have just started applying for jobs a couple of days ago for a position in Indonesia with EF Swara...I'm really keen to work there and want to hear from them asap! So just wondering what sort of timeframe it takes for them to contact you? Thanks!
