Hi,

EPIK offices in South Korea have my completed documents and I am now waiting for a contract. Am far too excited to function normally. The document hunting, and gathering, can leave you feeling as though the dream will never be realisised, but it can (although it can still be ripped from under my feet).

Who else is applying/ successful/ excited about the orientation in Seoul? Even work feels good at the moment.

I should be. Just waiting for my NOA now :( Seoul have cut positions by half so can I can do is wait. I sent my documents in at the end of Oct fo hopefully I'll get my first choice :) What were your first choices?

I wanted Incheon or Busan but am now pretty excited about Daegu. Its enclosed my mountains and mountains are quiet. Suppose I decided against Seoul cause the SMOE forms looked like a bit too much effort and I wanted to get my documents away as soon as possible. probably shouldnt admit that.

And, why is this waiting taking so long?

My plan is to be there in Feb also.  However, EPIK just sent back two documents to be fixed and should be getting them back any day now.  Am crossing my fingers that all works out and can be there soon!

I got Seoul!! Yay! Seoul arrivals aren't until the 22nd Feb so all I can do is wait for my NOA to get my visa!

I was lucky as I already had a lesson plan that I made during my TEFL course :)

Only 1 month to go!

I plan to go to Korea in Feb 2011! Korvia said I need to finish my TEFL course before 20th of Feb! Although i-to-i is taking awhile to mark my last module. I wish there was a way to make them mark them quicker, I'd be done by now otherwise!

Hey! I got an email confirming my placement for gyeongbuk, anyone else going there...? Just waiting for the contract to sign now, can't believe it's only just over a month till we'll be going!

I'm also going to in Feb! I just got confirmed for Daejeon a couple days ago.

Hello all I am quite new to these boards and just wondered does anyone know the best time to apply for the February 2012 EPIK scheme? And is it best to apply direct or through an agency?
