Starting again.

I finished my TEFL course about 2 years ago, and because of certain circumstances got in the way, I never got around to teaching in South Korea like I planned. Now, I'm back and reading for South Korea! But now.. I'm having trouble finding and deciding which recruiter I should use. I originally planned on using James Cranshaw at teachkoreans.com, but there's apparently a 2month waiting list because of a backlog. I don't want to...

The end is near...

This time last year I'd already had my interview with the Gyeongsangnamdo Education Office and been offered a job at Arim. I remember everything happened so quickly after weeks of silence from my recruiter. I knew hardly anything about Korea I wasn't even sure where it really was! Add a balloon into a class of girls and what do you get?

I was trying to get my students to talk about their likes and dislikes so we played a game of volleyball(oon). They had to say a sentence and then hit the balloon to the other team. Every correct sentence got them 3 points. They started cheating and only passed the balloon to people in their own team. It got very competitive but at least it got them talking lol
