BA/BSc or equiv on a usually 3 year course studied at an English university...you are also suppose to have been in English Education for 11 years (although for most part its just the Ba/BSc degree they look at and not the uni, or length of education)... <---this is for the VISA

If you are a non native speaker, some companies will not except you others will want to see some for of proof of your ability which can be a certain amount of time in English education (usually 11 years), employment in a native english speaking company or an English certificate
