Got my telphone interview book early monday morning scared and a lil excited, cant wait to find out whether I'm going to Indonesia in March and if so where.

I hope questions wont be too hard and the call wont last too long, lol

Good luck!!! I'll be moving out there in 3 weeks. Dont worry about the interview, you just get asked about your past experience and how you will cope with living with other people and the pollution.

So do they tell you on the phone if you have the job? How long did the phone call last?

Well after the interview I asked him what the next step was and he said he will send my CV to the schools and see if they want to employ me. I think the next day I got an email saying they wanted to employ me. I interview lasted between 10 -20 minutes. I didn't have any experience of teaching and I got the job so you should be fine.

well he said he would tell me def dates in to 2-3 days sounded like I already got the job but now im not sure?? was meant to be coming out in March but he said all spaces are full till, April,May,June time which im a lil sad about.

Don't be sad, The good news is that you will miss the rainy season! So when you get here you will be able to do lots of travelling before the rainy season starts around September/October. :-)

Got my date meant to be coming around the 17th of May and booked my flight for then!!!

Also still waiting for i to i to mark my final 5 hour module maybe I will get conformation once all my certificate are sent off???

I've been looking at the placement scheme that i to i do in Indonesia. I have no teaching experience nor a degree, but am planning on taking a 120hr TEFL in the next couple of weeks.

I'm planning on *fingers crossed that i pass the TEFL and get a job* hopefully leaving England in the next 5 months. So not long!

I have applied for the placement in Indonesia. Just wondering how long it has taken people from sending off their application to getting the phone interview and then to the job etc? I sent my application off to i-to-i and got a response last friday saying they had sent it on to their partner in Indonesia. They said I will hear back within 28 days. Does it usually take that long or is it likely I might hear back sooner?

Hello everyone! Here is the thing, Got an email off Gusti about a telephone interview a couple of weeks ago to which I replied with a time and never got a reply, and no phone call. Have emailed again (as I have been on holiday) and scheduled for tomorrow at 10am still no response. I wonder if he will call...........
