Does anyone here know which countries accept and give visa to a non native teacher? What are the best sites to look for work? Is there any point in applying for jobs that require "native speakers only" ?

Yes, I am sure there must be some non-natives on this site who have already worked abroad as a tefl teacher. It would be very helpful to know what schools or agency's you went to to get the job!! I am thinking of applying with a little video aswell, so they can see straight away who I am & what my English is like.. x
