Hello everyone!

I would really appreciate it if you could read about my case, and then advise me accordingly. I am a non-native English speaker as well (Greek), but my dream is to teach English abroad (in non-UK countries, that is).

I'm a holder of the ECPE certificate of the University of Michigan (grade A), and of a B.Sc. degree in Biology from a recognised and reputable British university. I'm currently saving up for the CELTA teacher training course and other seminars and workshops. I'm even planning to volunteer as an English tutor in local language teaching centres in my country in order to gain valuable in-class teaching experience this year. Do you think that I will stand a chance of getting hired as an English teacher abroad after doing all these things? Which countries of Europe and Asia would be worth aiming for? Oh, I should also mention that I have a very clear and 'neutral' accent.

I'm looking forward to reading your advices and tips. Thank you very much in advance!

Regards.

PS. After getting CELTA, I'm willing to enrol on DELTA and/or MA TESOL for further training and development.
