you can find list of schols in eslbase website. there are some in Izmir.Most are in istanbul and Ankara. you will need work visa to work legally if you are from EU. schools will not always ge these for you, so be careful. 

I am looking at going to the aegean coast also and then to Istanbul for winter. let me know how you get on.
