Hi all!! I am moving to Hong Kong early January, i have previously lived there already and know how hard it is to get a job. Since coming back to the UK i have completed a TEFL course to try and help my find work. Can anyone help me where to look??? Kindest regards, Laura |

Hey Laura. Yeah i'm pretty sure Hong Kong is a pain in the butt to find jobs. Especially if you lack in having a "degree". My aunt is looking to work in Hong Kong this August or early Jan 2012. I think the teaching experience has a lot to do with it. Was there not information provided to you after you finished the course? Definitely get in reach with the i-to-i customer service to see if they can help you. If not I looked up some of these sites: http://www.tefl.com/jobs/job.html?jo_id=38132 - After TEFL and to start around March. http://www.eslcafe.com/joblist/index.cgi?read=22488 - Preschool work. http://www.eslcafe.com/joblist/ - Save this site for reference if you don't already know it. http://www.teachenglishinasia.net/jobs/TEFL-Jobs-in-China - Big list but HK are hard to find. Definately keep looking out on classified job sites but since you lived in HK, see if you can get into contact with people you met out there and get the address + email with private schools or similar and ask them. It doesn't hurt to ask and some might be helpful and give you additional contacts or resources to help you out. All The Best.
