Anyone know of some cheap airlines? My fella and I are flying to Beijing in a few weeks time but haven't booked our flights yet as we were waiting to try and get a last minute deal. To no avail. Prices seem just as high as ever. so yea, the cheaper the flight, the more money we will have to use to live on for the first month before we get paid! |

skyscanner.net is a good website - it's basically a search engine of loads of different airlines - give it a go! |

It's been ages since I last looked but I remember Emirates always being the cheapest to Beijing. You'll get one-way for about £380 or about £500 return... or try Kingfisher, they're a really good airline. However, they don't go to China but you can go to Hong Kong or Bangkok for about £300 one-way or £400 return and catch a no frills airline like AirAsia when there for about £50 on to Beijing. Problem is Kingfisher always makes you have a stop-over in India for about 10hours but won't let you leave the airport. Like I said I don't know how up to date this info is but hope it helps. |

try Kayak to search for the best deal |

Still holding off from booking...waiting for some miracle deal to appear... Can't find anything under £600. With two of us, £1,200+ is just getting MUCH too expensive! |

The best that I found was through STA where a one way to Beijing was about £300 with Ethiad. |

Hi, A good airline to always checkout is Qatar Airways London/Manchester - Doha - Beijing/Guangzhou/Hong Kong. Cathy Pacific are offering good deals at the moment on flights to/from Beijing/Hong kong. Internal flights: use CTrip or ELong. Can get some fantastic bargains and easily booked from outside China on their English website. MadGee |

Hey, I am flying out to Beijing on the 12th of January and I booked my flights about a week ago. I used Air China to fly with, I found the flight on lastminute.com. Although the flights on the actual air China flight were a similar price. Although the prices did vary depending on what time and what day you tried to book it on/at. So just be aware if you book it at what i presume was a peak time it will be more expensive!

Hiya, I know this is an old thread but I will write something on here if anyone reads it again. www.Skyscanner.net is good but you can also give www.ctrip.com a go and see what that come up with as they scan a few airlines that skyscanner doesnt and sometimes come up with some great deals. |

emirates is £450 to beijing at present, and seemingly for the next month based on the flights i looked at, i will be doing a week stopover in dubai as well, so 2 flights/holidays for the same price! |
