Only if you have a proxy server :(

It's pretty easy to access with a proxy.  But you won't get youtube/facebook in internet cafes.

from my trips back and forth, Astril is the one most worth the money, works pretty much anywhere, then you only have to deal with bandwidth issues. Which are more common in China than spam in Hawaii
