I'm having some difficulting answer question 36:

Good morning, sir. What's up? (Intermediate)
Answer:
-use of formal and informal speech, should not be used together. "Sir" is used when speaking to someone respectfully and "What's up" is more for social outings
-using a higher level of language
-vocabulary
-"Good morning, sir. How are you?
Comment: Yes, we use these 2 expressions in different situations but what kind of mistake is it when you are using the wrong degree of formality? You need to name that kind of mistake in one or two words.

I seem to be getting the wrong answer. I'm not sure if I should be changing it to style instead of vocabulary and instead of it being a higher level of language that it's something else.
