I have passed the Checkpoint 3, as my tutor has congratulated me.
The problem however is the summary says that I need to redo questions and will not allow me access to the next module.
Does anyone know how t help or who I can contact as I have emailed the helpdesk twice without andy response.
I need to continue working on my course as time is running out and I still have many hours to complete.

Would you like to forward the email that you've sent to the Helpdesk so that I can check that you've the right email address? You can send it to me at email@example.com. It's very unusual that you've not received a response from the Helpdesk.

The helpdesk email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response from the Helpdesk, so if you're only on your first attempt on your module it's worth having a go and seeing what comments your tutor comes back with - you never know, you might even pass!

I have to say I found the helpdesk very helpful!
I called with a specific query about a checkpoint and the lady I spoke to was not a tutor but she asked me to email her query and she forwarded it to the director or training who replied within the hour. Very prompt!
