Hi everyone!

So If I remember correctly I was told at the end of the course we get to choose if we want or certificate in TEFL or a TESOL. I was wondering what exactly is the difference ( besides the name) and if certain countries or employers prefer on over the other?

Also, does anyone know if it's hard for American teachers to get teaching jobs in Europe. I'm really love to here there, but I read somewhere this was the case.
