Sorry for my mistake. I mean 5 min. game in the beginning and then later on, the game on which the lesson should be based. These are alltogether two games in one lesson it's just that the first game will take 5 min. That's what I meant. Am I allowed to do that ? Thanks everybody. |

Hi Emma ! Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I want to ask you this. In last question in module 11 "The lesson based around the game" - teaching children, I wander if I am allowed to play in the last stage a game which is actually a chain drill activity. Do you think it's too much for the kids, or maybe not. I thought this might well serve as a good review in a form of controlled speaking practice and as a report etc. Please help. Thanks a lot |

Hi Azur, can you describe this 'chain drill activity'? |

Hi Emma ! Of course, thanks very much. I want to play Name memorizing game and to adapt it, like I'm John and I like pets and other students then have to remember and repeat what the last student has said etc.. but don't get me wrong this is optional I have prepared the game around which I'm going to teach the lesson ! I also want to ask you do you think that I can use a questionnaire as a game. In Harmer I've read that the activities can serve as games, but I have also found and picked it from the game sites, it's only that it's not like other games but looks more like an activity. Thanks very much. |
