Im having trouble understanding what structure that is used to talk about what we have done in the past but not now. Im not sure what exactly the tutor is looking for. Until I have this I cannot complete any of the other questions. This is my last attempt so i really need some help as I am still not getting it.

Without seeing the question, it's difficult to give accurate advice. Purely based on what you've said above, I wonder if you are talking about 'used to', as in "I used to play football on Saturdays" where the implied meaning is that you no longer do.

Also does anyone know what happens if you fail your third attempt?

I really don't wanna go again until I am certain, I just don't understand what is being asked of me.

As I said above, without knowing what the question is, I can't really offer accurate advice. Once your course has expired you no longer have access to the material. In any case much of the material has changed since I did it.

If you are struggling there are several options open to you. In the first instance, you can email your tutor for clarification. You can also contact the Helpdesk. If you'd like help from Chalkboarders (pointers rather than answers) you can post the question here along with your answers if you want to. DO NOT post your tutor's feedback as it, along with your post, will be deleted.

If you fail your third attempt, your answers will be submitted to the Director of Studies who will make a decision about whether or not you can continue. Note that if you are not permitted to continue, you are not entitled to a refund.
