Just to let you guys know, 11 of us are booked into the Sanlitun Youth hostel between the 1st and 5th February. So if you any more TEFL teachers want some company you can find the hostel on hostelbookers or hostelworld website.

@Dave, Its about £4.50 for a dorm room, they offer private room as well with ensuites but not sure on the price. Check hostelbookers or hostelworld for more accurate prices.
