Hi everyone,
I've been researching and looking into completing the 140hr combined course. Unfortunately I am feeling rather hesitant as after looking at the countries and jobs on offer on many different sites, it appears that you must already have BA or other degree to even get a look in.
Should I bother doing the course and paying out all that money only to end up with no job opportunities at the end becasue I don't have a degree?
Guidance and experiences of other members please!

I would love to teach in the Czech Republic; I would still at least be close to Germany to get there by train, and really no degree necessary, cool; i am all for it.
Hey,
That's great you're looking into teaching abroad. Don't let your lack of degree hold you back, as there are loads of countries (such as China, Indonesia, Ecuador and the Czech Republic) where you can teach without a degree.
There's more information in this article (http://www.onlinetefl.com/tefl-chalkboard/travel-guides/135-Do-I-Need-a-Degree-to-TEFL- ) and you might want to chat to Robert, who never went to uni, taught in Indonesia and is now teaching in China: http://www.onlinetefl.com/tefl-chalkboard/robertclarke
Hope that helps - if you have any questions get in touch :)
