About Me
Hey,
My name is Astrid, I'm 31 and can't wait to start the TEFL course and finding work abroad. I was born in South Africa and has been living in the U.K (Surrey) for the last 6yrs and me thinks it's time for a change!
Starting the 20hr classroom course on the 21-22/08 and then doing the 100hrs. Would ideally like to be out of here by Jan/Feb 2011, however I've learnt that live doesn't always go according to the plans you make.
OOh, the profile pic was the only type I could load and my brother loves Costa coffee, so the last time I was up in London, a friend took the pic and I sent it to him... so i guess a bit of an private joke :)

Hi all, So I did the 20hr classroom course on the weekend just passed and phew it was insane! It was unbelievably manic and with so many ideas and information to be processed, I thought I'd never make it... but I got my certificate yesterday and started part of my 100hrs today and not to brag or anything, but I still have a few working brain cells left up there, as the scores so...

The research is driving me crazy and causing me nightmares LOL!
Ideally I'd like to head out early next yr as I have a few things to finish off in the U.K. and China is mine. I will defo keep u posted all the way!
