I check my email everyday hoping to get a confirmed date and time for my telephone interview, it seems to be endless, hopefully will hear in the next few days, really nervous, what does a telephone interview include? Is there any tips anyone has to help it go smoothly, fingers crossed ill hear soon and it will all be good.

During a phone interview, an employer will re-inform about the details of the position (what you can expect from them and what they will expect from you).
One question that almost of every employer asks is: "Why should I hire you?" or "Out of all the applicants, why should I pick you for the position?"
If I was you, I would prepare myself for that question. Even if you don't get that question this time, you are sure to get it in the future when you apply for other positions.

I've had my phone interview with the director of the International Program at Patai Udom Suksa school in N. Bangkok, Thailand. The interview was on the 4th. I was given a date and time range and anxiously waited by my phone for days until I got the call. When I did, the caller id on my mobile said it was from Mississippi, so be sure you answer all your calls!
I was told I'd hear back after the 15th, but that time has come and gone and I still haven't heard anything back yet. I'm going crazy checking my email every other minute. Sigh.
Good luck with your phone interview! What school have you been connected with? I am with the i-to-i program and am supposed to be there in May if all goes well.
