Ten days to go...

Okay, so now I'm at the last stage before I leave and I've decided to take a backpack rather than suitcase...it wasn't a difficult decision, I just don't like pulling and pushing those things onto buses and across streets. Dad doesn't think I'll fit everything in but I'm going to prove him wrong. The trick is to roll and stuff. haha.

I've had my jabs...well some of them and had to lie down because I was feeling a little faint, now my arms are soar. I'll need top-ups once I'm over there and I can just see the money slipping away. I'm clueless as to how much it's going to cost but health comes first, right? Besides I'd rather be skint and alive than rich and dead. Mind you, I was slightly concerned about having three jabs on the same day...I mean is it safe to have Hepatitis A, Hep B, Typhoid and Japanese Encephalitis all in one go? I'm sure they know what they're doing...I hope.

The whole goodbye thing with friends isn't really my thing so I put a message on facebook, but I am seeing my grandma since she's 90.

So tomorrow I'll be going through my things thinking 'Do I really really need this? Would I be able to get this over there?' and 'Must pack chocolate'. There are so many sites with ideas on what to take but I think a grammar book, dictionary and Korean-English dictionary are a must...as well as some ideas for lessons, and at the end of the day if I find I've left something at home that I need I can always ask the parents to post it. Laptop...mustn't forget that.

So anyway...hopefully I'll fit everything into the bag...I WILL get everything into the bag.

Hey,

Definitely don't forget the chocolate! Hope all goes well with the packing - if you haven't already you might want to download a copy of the actitivites book we've got - it's free: http://www.onlinetefl.com/activities-book/

Make sure you keep us all posted with how you get on once you make it to Korea!

Good Luck with the packing!
