About Me

I am a 27 year old 2008 Graduate thinking about TEFLing, I studies Applie Social Sciences at Uni which hasn't led to any partlicualr employment area, so I have been considering my options. I recently completed an NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning (for Teaching Assistants) and my school said I should consider teaching. I am not sure about that but TEFLing sounds attractive.
I have been a Guide Guider for nearly 10 years and a Beaver/ Scout Leader for the last 1 year. Despite this I am still quite nervous about whether teaching EFL is for me, I suppose the only way to know is if I try it ;)
So, I have an online course on the go and also a 20hour course booked.
I am also unsure of dropping my current commitments, despite going to university and not particularly attached to home life, I am not sure about taking time out from life. Thus, I would be more incline to consider UK TEFL positions.
Would love to make contact with people in the same position as me, either past or present.
