Almost a week into my placement at Ningbo Jiangbei Experimental Primary School. Still not too sure how my teching skills are but hoping to greatly improve!!

I've read a few people's blogs... and they've been talking about warmth. How annoying! Just one month after I leave it starts to get warm! :) xxx
Hey Elaine, Things are going great!!! I have fantastic students (well when their behaving!) and I’m really enjoying the teaching!!! I have a pretty good gig, i teach in the international department and they only have 4 international students from Afghanistan and they're all i teach!!! Ages 8,9,10 &11, basically I’m a private tutor/babysitter LOL. It does get a little bit lonely here sometimes but for the most part I’m keeping myself pretty busy!!!
So how's life living in Ningbo right!??? I've heard it's a really beautiful city!!! I may have to come and visit!!! and If you ever want to explore Shaoxing on a weekend you would be most welcome!!! Oh n BTW here's my email addy sashajane@home.netspeed.com.au Hope you have a fab week!!!
Hey there, Well, I was placed in Hebei but then the next day School discovered that they didnt have permission to employ a foreign teacher, so was driven back to Mayors. Now, Im in Shanghai though. Todays my first day!! So, How is your area?? Here my email, its faster, Diarmuid292@hotmail.com
Hey Elaine - Well we shall just have to try for next weekend! I made it up to the northern part of town - Lao Waitan (where the foreigners hang out) but I still have a lot to explore in the area, including the markets and shopping in Tianyi Pavilion. There are also supposed to be lots of good affordable restaurants in the area, along with a couple historical sites so it might be a good place for us to check out. Let me know when you get more credit on your phone and we can meet up!! I wish you the best for your classes this week!
