My name is Emma and I work on the i-to-i team as an Online tutor.  The China Internship team are constantly trying to improve the intern experience and have asked me to create some new materials to aid new teachers in their first few weeks. So I thought who better to ask than the interns themselves!!!  So, in terms of teaching, my questions to you are:

What would you have liked more help on and what have you struggled the most with in your lessons? 
How do you find teaching Chinese students?
What activities do you find work well with your students?

Yeah ive been chatting to Alan, he is in the same boat...He's not happy because he stuck on his own and asked to be changed! Solaro's head must be wrecked but allass its not our fault! Alan had to gtive a speach to over 2000 students, teachers and parents yesterday about how glad he is to be in their school and how much he loves china HA! he is on the chalkboard..in my friends alob

Thats mad.. Ive only got about 10 hors teaching a week, but its usually saturday and sunday mainly so the rest of the week is spent on my todd doing nothing...I wonder would they give us a refund on the whole thing? as i got a job offer in a school in Spain id love to pursue...I think we deserve it!

the teaching is going grand...just have a few classes a week, teaching young kids in small classes so no problem there! So is there many of you's still stranded in the hotel?
