I might be being completely silly but im getting confused now.
I am on my last attempt and could really use some help please!!
I have everything correct apart from the functional meaning.
'The school was founded in 2002.'
Ok, so I first put reported event/ newspaper headline.
I understand that it is passive so it is important in the function.
Therefore I would have thought that it is ' an indirect action completed at a specific time in the past?'
If I am on completely the wrong idea here please tell me, and point me in a different direction.
Thanks

Thankyou for your advice. It is definatly a little bit difficult to express that. Oh well ill give it a go, i definately understand, its just putting it in the right words i guess.
Thanks again.
Hello Daisy1turner - I completed this module the other day and I put ' describing a historical event' wrong!!! well, not wrong, but the point is that the focus of the statement is on the past event, not the doer. Express that how you will.
