Medical for China

Ok so I have my job offer which I have accepted.  Now I need to obtain a medical.  I've checked on the Chinese Embassy website and there is no mention of any medical needed for a 'z' visa.    Help please!

returning home

Hi Im just interested to hear how many peep's return home after working abroad?  I'm hoping once I get on the ladder that the UK will just be a distant memory as there is so much out there.  Is it normal for people to not return?  How easy is it to just work your way round the world? thanks! :o)
