Hey Everyone!!
5 years ago i've moved to Ireland with practically no skills in English language. English opened my eyes to the rest of the World and made me feel like i was part of something bigger.
My native language is Polish, and as many of you know a lot of Pols (like me) have migrated to Ireland and England aiming to find a better living, but many of them have never passed a barrier of speaking a completely new language, and i'd love to change that:). I know how awkward and stressful it is to have completely no idea what's someone saying to you in a language you've never heard before, i believe that having abillity to look at it from a non-native speaker perspective is a huge plus.
Of course teaching my fellow Polish is one of the reasons i am studying TEFL. I'd love to see the World and i have no problem with teaching in any place on Earth!!
Many things that are happening around the World concern me a lot. We are all living on the same part of the rock, even if this rock streches for thousands of miles, and if we eliminated the language barrier between each other we'll finally be able to work together for a better future!!
I'm anxious to try out some of the world's most oriental cuisines:) and would love to find out about the cultures of the people living around the World.

Tip for the checkpoints: On the short answer/essay like checkpoints you can copy and paste the questions into Word, then hit "Save without submitting" and come back to it. This gives you plenty of time to work out the answers you want. You'll not need it so much on checkpoint one, but maybe 3 and definitely 4 and 5.
And yay for Ukrainian heritage! But being a Pole isn't bad either. I grew up thinking I was a mixture of both until I decided to start on some genealogy work. ;)
