Article about EFL problems in Japan

Hello,

I've written an article about Problems that Japanese EFL learners have with spoken English. I hope that this article gives more insight into two problem areas of Japanese students, verbal communication and pronunciation and helps, especially new EFL teachers with their approach towards (adult education) students in Japan.
