I am actually still doing my TEFL training online and haven't officially been on a TEFL placement yet. Am only sharing my view as a newbie to the world at the moment so may only be of limited help if you are looking for advice on life being a TEFL teacher. However, saying that - there are loads of other people on this site who are very experienced TEFL teachers and currently how teaching. Emma Foer and Robert Clarke have been of great help to me. If not, Honor (The editor of this site) can definitely help you to find some more experience TEFLer to talk to.
It is all so exciting doing something completely different and in another country. I am getting so excited waiting for my placement to start. Will keep the world posted via my blog on what I am up to.
