Teaching in France?

I'm wanting to move to S/W France near Hossegor. I have done some research and Australians are able to get working holiday visas in France, would this suffice for teaching? Or would I require an alternate visa. I'm not of European descent so I have no way of getting an EU passport. Hey, Im also an Aussie and have the same sort of questions - im interested in teaching in Germany or France, but would be happy with somewhere nearby. Im thinking about the Poland internship for 2013, but they havent got details of that yet.


Anyway, let me know if anyone gets back to you about teaching in France.
