Well, I've been in touch with several recruiters trying to get my butt overseas. I'm just a little concerned about sending my passport information to places and people I don't know without having at least been offered an interview.
I want to find someone who's done this before to tell me it's ok, or not ok to be so open with my information.
Everyone talks as if TEFL is so easy, but so far it's been a hodge-podge of conflicting statements.

Don't worry - it's all really confusing right? As long as you're working with a reputable recruiter, you should be fine to give them your passport information. Which companies are you working with and where are you hoping to teach?
