Hi fellow Newbies, I have recently finished my TEFL course which is supposed to be 140 hrs but according to my calculations it's 145 hrs as I did the 5 specialised certificates which are meant to be 5 hours each, so not sure how that is worked out!
I have lived in Spain for the last 13 years and would like to teach in Spain or in South America or any other Spanish speaking country. My Spanish (I am ashamed to admit) is not fluent, but I can 'get by'. I do not have a degree but do have a wealth and lifetime of experience which personally I think is of more value. I have a son and 2 adorable grandsons who also live here in Spain. I am too young to retire and looking forward to a future teaching English.
