Advice needed....

Ok, I have two contracts sitting in my inbox from China. Neither school has actually spoken to me directly, so that makes me a bit leary. The contract looks good, money is good, everything is there. I just don't understand why there is no phone or even a Skype interview. It just seems strange to me. Is this normal practice for ESL position offerings from China?

On the other hand, I talked to an ILS school in S. Korea through Harvest Institute. I am totally pumped about. I am anxiously awaiting a reply, but have yet to hear anything. How long does it typically take after the initial interview to get a response? Has anyone worked with Harvest?

Third, I interviewed with Hess for Taiwan and feel like it went pretty well. Has anyone else worked for Hess?
