Skills / Requirements: Each applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree (any major is acceptable), an
excellent command of the English language, and a genuine interest in the culture and people of Japan.
Japanese language ability is helpful but not required. Experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign
Language (ESL / EFL) is helpful, but not necessary.
Please submit a 500 minimum word essay entitled ("Why I want to live and work in Japan") in place of a
cover letter along with your resume.
