About Me
Hey all
My name is Amy, and Im a graduate of English and History from NUI Maynooth in Ireland. I am hoping to teach in Asia after i finish my degree and absolutely cannot wait to get out and see the world.
I love travelling, reading anything you throw at me, learning new languages and my ideal job is teaching English on a beach somewhere nice and hot lol.
I learnt about the TEFl courses when I was in secondary school and was trying to figure out what I was going to do with my life, and I just cant get it outs of my head. So I have finally decided to put the fear of heading half way across the world alone out of my head, and as soon as I can I want to just jet off.
I suppose Im on this to get an idea of the day to day life of teaching abroad, and what part of the world would be most suited to me.

Ok, as of 5:10 pm today, I am down on the list of interns who are heading off to Thailand in October to teach ..... WOW Words cannot explain my happiness right now. I am soooooooo excited!! I am meant to be studing for exams, but I just cannot get my head into study mode with all that is going on. I have been looking at pictures of all the different places in Thailand...

Ok, literally 10 minutes ago I discovered the Thailand internship which is leaving in October of this year. Anybody know if I am too late to apply for it? Anyone heading off with them in October? Also, just wondering does anyone know how much it costs and if it's really worth it?

wow, lookin at all these people who are in such amazin places on earth just makes me sooooo excited to jet off myself. Gotta book my 120 hour course now and start thinkin about where I wanna go. The world is my oyster, WOW!!!
