How do i find work with out a degree? I have been looking all over the net to find work and coming up short every time.. i have no teaching experience and really want to each in Japan, i have been told you can get a working visa and do it that way but i want to be placed in a job that is save and secure and have no idea where to start my search... what do i do????

The good news is that there are loads of places you can teach without a degree, like China, Indonesia and Ecuador. The bad news is that you may need to give up on Japan for the time being. The only way they'll make an exception is if you have over two years of teaching experience or if you marry a Japanese person! Your best bet is to start off your TEFL career somewhere else, then if after a couple of years you're still teaching and want to head to Japan you'll be qualified enough to do so.
Also, I'm not sure if you've done your TEFL course yet or not, but you might want to check out the jobs available on the i-to-i website.
