What You’ll Receive:
- A reliable 5 month contract (11 month contracts are also available – speak to our advisors)
- A minimum of 27,500 Thai baht per month – that’s $830 * a month! With such a low cost of living in Thailand, that’s more than enough to live comfortably and explore during your free time!
- Accommodation arranged for you: you’ll get your own private bedroom – as the in-country team arranges this for you, it will only cost you 5,000 Thai baht each month
- 120 hours of TEFL training before you go, so you’re prepared for your first day on the job!

Requirements
- You need to have a passport from one of the following countries: United Kingdom, United States of America, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa
- University degree (BA/BSc)
- 120 hour TEFL certificate - this is included with your package
- No teaching experience or knowledge of Thai required!

Before you go:
- Once you’ve signed up you’ll receive your user name and password for the Online Course and all of the other additional modules
- Apply for the job, we’ll walk you through this process
- You’ll get your free i-to-i travel voucher and Thai Lonely Planet guide
- Select the venue and the date most convenient for the Weekend Course, then turn up on the day (that helps!) introduce yourself and take part in some fun TEFL ice-breakers. You will need to complete the course prior to departing
- We’ll send you all the details you need to start your application for Thailand whilst you get TEFL certified
- You have 10 Online modules to work through; all packed with interesting activities, videos and questions AND you’ll have the Grammar Module as well as the 8 Specialist Modules – all must be completed prior to departure
- After each module is completed your personal tutor will assess your work and provide you with constructive feedback to make you the best TEFL teacher you can be!

When you arrive:
Day 1
Airport meet and greet service and transfer to orientation accommodation Overnight accommodation in guest house and a welcome dinner
Day 2
Orientation on:
- Living in Thailand
- Cultural issues
- Tips on teaching in Thailand and how to get the best from your students
- Introductions to our support team and how they can help and support you throughout your time in country
- Followed by a tour of Bangkok including The Grand Palace, a trip up the Chao Phraya river and time in the famous Khao San Road
- Overnight accommodation in Guest House
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Day 3
Breakfast, Transfer and introduction / orientation at the school. You will also receive:
- A Thai SIM card for your mobile phone and a ‘top up’ card allowing you to let your friends know how lucky you are!
- A Thai phrase book to get your language skills started
- A map of Bangkok
- On-going contact and support from our in-country team throughout your 5 or 11 month contract
